How do I get a custom size art work?

 

We might be able to adapt the artwork to suit your sizes, please email us with your enquiry and we will see if we can help.

What kinds of paper are your artwork printed on?

 

We offer three of the best-in-class art papers, each of these papers has a different texture, colour tone and feel.

Size Guide?

 

We offer our prints in the following sizes:

SQUARE:
300 x 300 (Small), 500 x 500 (Medium), 700 x 700 (Large), 875 x 875 (XLarge)

RECTANGULAR:
420 x 297 (A3), 594 x 420 (A2), 841 x 595 (A1), 1189 x 841 (A0)

We might be able to adapt the artwork to suit your sizes, please email us with your enquiry.

Orders

What happens if I enter wrong information?

 

If you have entered any wrong information on your order such as email address or delivery address please immediately contact sales@art-mission.co.uk and notify us of any changes that need to be made. If the order has been processed and despatched prior to any notification from you unfortunately you as the purchaser will be responsible for any additional costs that my be incurred.

I did not receive an order confirmation email?

 

This may be due to an incorrect email address being entered. Please contact sales@art-mission.co.uk, let us know the name your order was placed under and the date you placed the order so we check to see if this has happened, if this is the case we will resend it.

How do I know if my order went through?

 

Once you have placed an order, you will receive an email with your Art Mission order confirmation. Please keep this, as we may ask you for information from it. If you have not received your order confirmation, please contact sales@art-mission.co.uk.

Can I change my shipping address?

 

Yes, provided this is done within an hour of order placement during normal working hours Monday to Friday. Please immediately send an email to: sales@art-mission.co.uk, for orders placed outside of normal working hours, Monday to Friday please send an email to: sales@art-mission.co.uk before 08.00 the following morning, for orders placed at the weekend please send an email to: sales@art-mission.co.uk before 08.00 the following Monday.

Can I cancel my order?

 

Yes, provided this is done within an hour of order placement during normal working hours Monday to Friday. Please immediately send an email to: sales@art-mission.co.uk, for orders placed outside of normal working hours, Monday to Friday please send an email to: sales@art-mission.co.uk before 08.00 the following morning, for orders placed at the weekend please send an email to: sales@art-mission.co.uk before 08.00 the following Monday morning.

Payment

What payment methods are accepted?

 

You can use Visa, Mastercard and American Express. Additionally we accept Apple Pay and Google Pay.

What currency can I pay in?

 

Currently we only transact in £GBP.

There may be various reasons, please be patient and retry if you are still experiencing difficulties please send your enquiry to support@art-mission.co.uk.

Shipping

How will my artwork be shipped?

 

We ship all our prints rolled and in sturdy tubes. This is by far the best way to ensure your art arrives in the perfect condition. When unpacking, lay them out on a flat surface under a small weight on each corner for a few hours and they'll flatten out like they've never been rolled.

Where do you ship to?

 

Currently we are offering FREE shipping to addresses in the UK. We may be able to ship outside of the UK, shipping overseas a delivery charge will apply, if you would like a delivery outside of the UK please send your enquiry to: enquire@art-mission.co.uk.

Will I be charged any duties or taxes for my order?

 

Currently we are only shipping to within the UK, no duties or taxes are applied to orders shipped within the UK.

How can I track my order?

 

Our delivery service partner is currently Royal Mail, your order will be sent via recorded delivery, we will receive an individual tracking number and expected delivery date. Please contact : sales@art-mission.co.uk if your order has not been received after 5 working days.

Can I return my order?

Received a damaged item?

 

We will replace an item that has been damaged during the despatch process.
