We are currently only delivering to UK addresses.
Order Confirmation
Once you have placed an order, you will receive an email with your Art Mission order confirmation. Please keep this, as we may ask you for information from it. If you have not received your order confirmation, please contact sales@art-mission.co.uk
If you wish to cancel your order please ensure this is done within an hour of order placement during normal working hours Monday to Friday. Please immediately send an email to: sales@art-mission.co.uk, for orders placed outside of normal working hours, Monday to Friday please send an email to: sales@art-mission.co.uk before 08.00 the following morning, for orders placed at the weekend please send an email to: sales@art-mission.co.uk before 08.00 the following Monday morning.
Deliveries
Art Mission will aim to process your order within 24 hours of placement during Monday to Thursday. If an order is placed after 4pm UK time on a Friday or during Saturday or Sunday, it will be dispatched on the following working day.
Our delivery service partner is currently Royal Mail, your order will be sent via recorded delivery, we will receive an individual tracking number and expected delivery date. Please contact : sales@art-mission.co.uk if your order has not been received after 5 working days.
Occasionally, circumstances beyond our control can delay the delivery date. If this happens, we will endeavour to keep you informed. We cannot however accept liability for any loss or inconvenience that may result from the delay.
